Advance Booking Request
- This is a booking request only.
- We will contact you by phone to take payment and confirm the payment amount and booking details.
- Once payment has been made the booking will be a confirmed advance booking.
- To qualify for the advanced booking discount this booking process and payment should be completed at least 24 hours prior to hire.
Advanced Booking for Large Groups (Educational, Private and Corporate)
Advance bookings need to be fully paid for by valid bank or credit card - please note this is a non-refundable payment - please see Parkcycle terms and conditions for the full terms of your booking
Changes to Advance Bookings
If for any reason you need to change your booking or amend the date, time or number of bikes, provided this is requested at least 24 hours ahead of the hire time, Parkcycle will amend the advance booking subject to availability and at its discretion.

If you prefer to call us to pay for your booking following our response to your booking request, we will provide the number and best times to call on in the response email.
