Research has shown that outdoor activities can help develop young people's emotional wellbeing. Using tailored programmes and weekly cycle sessions, it is possible to develop individuals confidence, self-esteem, self-efficacy and assist in increasing young people's ability to set new goals for themselves.

We offer tailored mountain bike courses to mainstream and special educational schools, as well as community based youth services. We are experienced at working with young people displaying emotional or behavioural difficulties (EBD) across various age ranges. The sessions can be one off or weekly with programmes and courses aligned to QCF Awards; MIAS – GEARS courses; EMFEC National Accredited courses and even GCSE units.

For general schools bookings please email us with details about your group and requirements.

For courses, coaching or supervised activity programmes please email us with your requirements giving us your contact telephone number so that we can call you to discuss requirements in more detail.
